In 2008 Katherine completed her Master's Degree from Darden Graduate School at the University of Virginia and went to work for Anheuser-Busch InBev as an Innovation Manager, knowing that it would lead her back to her family roots at Atlantic Dominion Distributors. As a shareholder, Katherine is truly invested in all three of the companies that make up the portfolio and holds the position of Vice Chairman for both Hoffman Beverage Company (since 2011) and S & K Sales Co. (since 2016). Through this role, Katherine works with S & K Sales Co. management team to provide insights into the sales and business processes, while also helping to communicate the overall company’s values, strategies and objectives.

Richard’s family purchased S & K Sales Co. in 1995, at which time he took on the role of Executive Vice President. His extensive background in sales and marketing and key positions with Atlantic Dominion Distributors, S & K Sales Co.’s parent company, along with his time serving in the National Guard helped prepared him for the task of running this highly successful Military and Hawaii Retail Brokerage Firm.

Currently, Richard serves on the Board of Directors at Atlantic Dominion Distributors and is an active member of the Armed Forces Marketing Council, where he has served as chairman.

Pete started with S & K Sales Co. in 1988 and has held various positions within the company, beginning as a Territory Manager and working up to his current position of President, which he accepted in December of 2015. Pete’s extensive experience in this industry started at the age of 14 stocking shelves for his father, who also spent his career working in military resale.

Pete is an active member of the American Logistics Association, where he has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors, has been a member of the Commissary Council, and has held positions on various sub committees. He is also an active member of the Armed Forces Marketing Council.

Mike assumed the position of Vice President of Military for S & K Sales Co. on January 1, 2019. Mike grew up in the military, worked for AAFES through his college years and has spent the most recent years in various positions within the military resale community. He started with S & K Sales Co. in 1995 as Director of National Accounts responsible for the AAFES Exchanges and currently resides in the Dallas area.

Tye joined S & K Sales Co. in 2010 after working at KPMG, LLP’s Norfolk, Virginia office within the audit practice. After eleven years of progressive responsibility as Corporate Controller with S & K Sales Co., Tye is currently responsible for Finance, Human Resources, Data Processing and IT Departments.

Tye is a native of Bluefield, West Virginia, and after serving in the United States Marine Corps, he completed his academic work at Virginia Tech graduating with a degree in Accounting and Information Systems. He currently maintains a CPA license in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant.

Ed’s experience with military resale began as a teenager, bagging and stocking in the Ramstein & Vogelweh Commissaries. Ed’s father retired from the U.S. Air Force, primarily in international assignments and Ed remained there and studied business management at the University of Maryland, Munich, Germany international campus.

In 1990, he was given the opportunity to come to work for S & K Sales Co. as a Territory Manager, and quickly moved on to the Field Sales Manager position. In 2002, Ed began providing consultation services to S&K Sales Co specific to the logistical functions of the U.S. Military Resale Systems operating internationally.

Ray joined the company in 2010 and currently serves as our Vice President of Sales. Prior to this, Ray spent his career working various roles within the CPG industry, with the last 15 years specifically in military.

Ray has held numerous positions within the American Logistics Association, including chairmand of the board.

JoEdna started with S & K Sales Co. in 2001 after completing her BA in Communications at Concord University in Athens, WV. JoEdna has held various positions at S & K Sales Co., beginning as a Marketing Assistant and working up to her current position as Executive Director of Marketing. Throughout her 20 years at S & K Sales Co., she has held positions in marketing, field sales, and business development.

Between the years of 2012 and 2014, JoEdna left S & K Sales Co. and worked as a Category Manager and Buyer for NEXCOM, giving her the ability to understand both sides of the operations she manages within her current position.

Heather began her career at S & K Sales Co. as Director of Sales & Operations in August 2022. Prior to S & K Sales Co., Heather held a number of leadership roles in the Hawaii sales and distribution industry, including Vice President of Sales for Hawaiian Springs Water. Heather received her BA from Fordham University in New York City. She currently resides in Kaneohe, HI with her husband, Dan, daughter Tailor Kai, and their cats.
